Tax-return Management started its journey in April of 2022. It was developed for our client in the United Kingdom. The idea was to create a management platform where various tax return agencies could buy subscriptions from and onboard clients to.

The platform has several packages available from which an agency can pick the best suited one for themselves and register their employees. Both the employees and the agency can then onboard clients within their subscription limit in order to collect data and initiate their tax processing.

Tax-return Management has been built using python, django, html, css and javascript languages. The function of this software calls for high security of data. Designing the database and ensuring the data security was the most important part of this project and was completed with attentiveness and caution to ensure quality.

Filling a tax-return is quite a complicated process in most countries and states. Most people require the help of a professional. This large number of clients makes it difficult for tax-return firms to conduct everything manually leading to disorganization and consumption of valuable time.

A tax-return agency needs to take care of many operational aspects ranging from client communication and time tracking of employees to data collection from customers. And developing a custom ERP can be expensive for individual agencies. The Tax-return Management platform provides a cheaper solution with all necessary functions for such firms.

The Tax-return Management platform provides the agencies a place to manage and keep track of all their executions. An agency has the ability to sign up their employees, assign them roles and tasks, track their working time and wages along with the agency’s income. This makes the managerial and financial tasks easier and more achievable for the agency.

The tax documents can be shared through the platform in a secure way and payments can be transferred digitally.
